Wu Chunfu, male, doctor, professor. Graduated from Shenyang College of Pharmacy in 1982. In 1987, he obtained the certificate of pharmacology research expert in Lombardi Region, Italy, and the doctorate degree of Hokkaido University of Pharmacy in Japan in 2000. In 1985, he went to the Mario Negri Institute of Pharmacology in Italy to study neuropharmacology. In 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2008, he went to Harvard University in the United States, Oxford University in the United Kingdom, the University of Michigan in the United States, and the University of Toronto in Canada to study government management, education management and other courses. In 1982, he stayed at the school to teach. He was promoted to associate professor and professor twice in 1992 and 1994 respectively. In 1996, he was named a doctoral supervisor. In 1996, he served as the executive vice president of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, the president in 2000, the party secretary and president in 2010, and the school party secretary from 2011 to 2018. He is currently the vice chairman of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association and a supervisor of the Chinese Pharmacological Association.
